About Hebrew Hours



Hebrew Hours is a website designed to show you the days and hours of your day in comparison to Hebrew time of the Day. The twelve ancient Hebrew hours of the day were counted to be equally divided time periods from sunrise to sunset. Hebrew Hours website calculates the sunrise and sunset and shows you the accurate display of what hour of the day it is and what hours begin and end where. The hours of the day were significant in the Bible to show use the time in the day of certain events and responsibilities.

The website is in progress but soon will show significant information for each hour of the day and what took place in history in the specific time of the Day. Hebrew Hours is more than just hours but will soon display the calendat information with years, months, and day information to help bring more in perspective of events in the history of the Kingdom of God and what God does at specific times and seasons.

Also in the future Hebrew Hours will keep track of user submitted data to share what time of the day the speaks and communicates to His people. Everyone is different and the speaks in many wondrous ways. But with Hebrew Hours we see the similarities and learn that time is also important to God.

In the Old Testament church the priests followed sacrifices and prayers at specific times of the day as well as Hebrew tradition continued to prayer times and service times that the Lord had the Old Testament and the New Testament church followed.
